LA MESA

Centrally located in the rolling hills of San Diego County, La Mesa is known as the "Jewel of the Hills." A near perfect climate, tree-lined streets, walkable neighborhoods, easy access to retail and commercial areas, and a quaint downtown village make La Mesa a highly desirable community in which to live, work and do business.

POINT LOMA & OCEAN BEACH

Point Loma and Ocean Beach are some of the oldest communities in San Diego, and certainly one of the finest! Located on a peninsula surrounded by the ocean on one side and beautiful San Diego Bay on the other, Point Loma's prestigious neighborhoods boast incredible skyline and water views. There are several interesting and fascinating sites in Point Loma including the Point Loma Light House on the very tip of the point. Point Loma is also home to the harbor and Shelter Island where there are many fabulous seafood restaurants along the water. Ocean Beach is a small beach community on the ocean side of the peninsula. OB is about as unpretentious as San Diego beach living gets. Sunny days are punctuated with the occasional jet roaring overhead, the barking of happy dogs playing on Dog Beach, waves pounding the coastline of Sunset Cliffs. It's a place where Halloween and New Year's Eve are high holy days, and the O.B. Chili Cook Off, the Christmas Parade, and the 4th of July fireworks show are annual traditions. In many ways, it's kind of a quiet sleepy place that time forgot.
